When did it start for me?

I was able to go to Adams-Milk Creek Outdoor School when I was a sixth grader. I remember so many things about that week. I was in Moral Cabin (that's a mushroom). My student leader's names were Shell and Gizmo. I loved the food. Campfire was my favorite time of the day. All the girls thought Tsuga (a staff member) was hot. I ate termite poop on plants field study. I ate a "rock" on soil field study. The site supervisor's name was Cherokee. I did NOT want to leave on Friday. Most of all Outdoor School as a 6th grader was the best experience of my life, until I returned in high school.
Just thinking about my week as a 6th grader makes me smile. I enjoyed that one week so much that I promised myself I would go back as a student leader... and I did.
This picture is Milk Creek; I remember working near this creek on water and soil field studies.
